Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used cosmetic, hair care, or beauty products.

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to process your claim.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
